Description:

Minerjet Cleaner is a highly effective cleaning fluid, suitable for digital printers. This liquid can be used for multiple cleaning and maintenance reasons, regarding printing machines. This cleaning liquid is suggested to be used in the following cases:

• In short periods of time, when the printer is not in use (for example for one night or even during a whole weekend), several amounts of cleaning liquid is suggested to be placed in capping station(s) of the printhead(s), in order to keep the surface of the printhead(s) wet. This way printhead is protected by dehydration and filling, keeping its efficiency and extending its lifetime.
• Minerjet Cleaner is particularly useful for cleaning the whole ink circuit in case of changing inks’ brand or in case of a yearly maintenance process of the printer. In this way, the liquid helps to remove all the residue of previous ink from the system and prepares the printer for safe, future use.
• Minerjet Cleaner can be used for flushing printheads by syringe, contributing to the removal of dry ink residues that are contained in the inner part of the printheads. This way, an improvement in the printing quality status is guaranteed.
• Minerjet Cleaner liquid can be suitable for use in case of extended periods of time of inactivity of the printer, by replacing all inks in use with this cleaning liquid. In this way, the liquid contributes in the printheads’ protection from drying ink and clogging, preventing costly damage and extending the lifetime of the printheads.
